OUR HISTORY
IN 1862
Pol Auguste Couronne was born in Hautvillers, cradle village of champagne and Dom Pérignon, on October 22, 1862.
In this place steeped in history and conducive to inspiration and creation, Pol Couronne created his brand of champagne and produced confidential champagnes in 1887.

Producing a quality champagne demands great demands on the quality of the grapes.
I am convinced of the importance of working the soil and respecting nature, our family vines are managed in sustainable agriculture, we also follow certain principles of biodynamics.
