"Our cuvee Brut reflects the best of the Champagne’s terroir with a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. The vineyard offers a diversity of grape varieties that we use to create a fine and well balanced champagne. Our respect for the traditions and Champagne’s know-how make Champagne Pol Brut a high quality champagne".

Eye : Pale yellow with fine bubbles
Nose : Very expressive nose with almond, citrus, hay and flowers aromas.
The complexity of the nose also reveals dried fruit notes.
Palate : The champagne is vivacious and fresh in the attack, with grapefruits notes. The mouth is well balanced with a nice length with tart and chalk aromas.
