Brut : 8,5g /liter

 

Vinification

65% 2011 base wine + 35% reserve wines (2007-2008-2009-2010)

Malolactic fermentation carried out  at 90% (to keep the freshness of the

champagne, we do a 10% non-malolactic)

42months ageing period on laths

Tasting notes

Eye Pale yellow with fine bubbles

Nose Very expressive nose with almond, citrus, hay and flowers aromas.

The complexity of the nose also reveals dried fruit notes.

Palate The champagne is vivacious and fresh in the attack, with grapefruits notes. The mouth is well balanced with a nice length with tart and chalk aromas.
