    27% Chardonnay, 26% Pinot Noir, 33% Pinot Meunier + 14% Coteaux champenois red (Pinot Meunier base)

    62% base wine 2012 + 25% base wine 2011 + 13% reserve wines Minimum aging 36 months on lees

    Gross: 8.5g / liter

  • Tasting notes

    Eye: Slightly coppery color with a fine and light bubble.
    Nose: Very fruity first nose with hints of red fruits. The second nose opens with notes of cherry and plum.
    Palate: The attack is supple and round. A beautiful effervescence that reveals a beautiful volume in the mouth with notes of wild strawberries and raspberries which bring an aromatic and tangy finish.
