    Appearance: A ruby color with salmon nuances.

    A fine and voluble foam.

    Nose: A complex and powerful nose, a mixture of red fruits (sour cherry) and more exotic fruits such as mango.
    Palate: A well-constructed palate, without excess, which leaves a frank and fruity impression. The aromatic finish recalls the nose.
